A Citizens’ Housing Commission was established by resolution on April 16, 2019. Although applications may be submitted anytime, applications that have been submitted by June 21, 2019 will be considered first.  Due to some delays in postal delivery, first consideration of applications changed from May 15, 2019 to May 30, then to the June 21 date.

To apply, either 1) submit your information in the application form below (preferred), or 2) download a form and mail or drop off at address printed on form, or 3) pick-up, complete, and return an application from/to Development Services Department located on the second floor of City Hall at 121—5th Ave. N.
